Courage to make pedagogical changes – enhancing educational development in higher education

Abstract:

The presentation will introduce university level actions for teaching development and pedagogical change at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. Research-based multidisciplinary network project called eEducation, collaborative renewal of curricula and other models of educational development will be presented. What are the challenges and which structures support the development on teaching and learning? What do we benefit from a pedagogical change?
