Laura Lehtola-Karttunen, Lic.Sc. (Tech.), will defend the dissertation "Linking Long-Term Product Planning and Requirements Prioritization to Customer Value Creation" on 29 January 2016 at 12 noon in Aalto University, School of Science, lecture hall T2, Konemiehentie 2, Espoo. This thesis investigates the current state of product planning practices, and their linkages to customer value creation in market-driven software product development. The results are based on the experience gathered from seven Finnish software product development companies.
