Sanni Siltanen, Lic.Sc. (Tech.), will defend the dissertation “Developing augmented reality solutions through user involvement” on 22 May 2015 at 12.15 in Aalto-University, School of Science, Computer Science Building, lecture hall T2, Konemiehentie 2, Espoo. The main research aim of this work was to enable wide use of augmented reality in consumer-level applications. Applications, methods and algorithms were developed especially in the area of interior design. Users were involved in the development process.
