Sirpa Riihiaho, Lic.Sc. (Tech.), will defend the dissertation ”Experiences with usability testing – Effects of thinking aloud and moderator presence” on 26 June 2015 at 12 noon in Aalto University, School of Science, lecture hall T2, Konemiehentie 2, Espoo. The dissertation outlines various methods for usability testing, presents some experiences from 143 usability tests conducted in our research team, and studies the effects of thinking aloud and moderator presence in the results of the tests.
