Jussi Rintanen
Title: A.I. and intelligent software systems
Jussi Rintanen is a research fellow at the computer science department of Aalto University, with research interests in automated decision-making, combinatorial search, and constraint programming, and their application in the construction of real-world intelligent systems and software.
After getting his Ph.D. from Helsinki University of Technology, he held research and teaching positions at the universities of Ulm and Freiburg in Germany from 1997 until 2005, and led the A.I. planning group at the Australian National University and the Canberra Research Laboratory of National ICT Australia as a Principal Researcher and Adjunct Associate Professor from 2006 until 2011.
