Modelling multiple data sources in drug response and brain imaging studies

Eemeli Leppäaho, M.Sc.(Tech) will defend the dissertation ”Bayesian Multi-View Factor Models for Drug Response and Brain Imaging Studies” on Friday 12 October 2018 at 12 noon at the Aalto University School of Science, lecture hall F239a, Otakaari 3, Espoo. In the dissertation, modelling of multiple related data sources was studied. Applications to drug response and brain imaging studies showed the advantages of the developed methods.
